From the preparation of the meal to the enjoyment of tasting each course around a convivial table, these experiences inspired my passion for cooking.
Fifteen years ago, I had the opportunity to move to California and fell in love with its coastal, fresh and sustainable fusion cuisine. I began exploring this colorful fare, into which I soon incorporated my French rustic-style cooking. The result was Table Thyme, where long-lasting customized menus are prepared in the homes of my private clients.
I travels frequently to the Pays Basque (Basque Country), France, and combines unique ingredients from that region with my customized Californian “flair” menus.
While my satisfaction comes from sharing my culinary background and establishing connections around the table and beyond, my passion is to create exceptional culinary and social dining events in which clients can discover new flavors while truly enjoying the company of their friends and families.
